Phillip Schandel is the founder and managing attorney of PDS Legal Services LLC. A lifelong Ohio resident, Phillip has dedicated his career to providing individuals, families, and governments with skilled, personal legal representation. He founded PDS Legal Services in 2019 with a clear mission: to give every client the focused attention and honest counsel they deserve.
With over 16 years of legal experience and a background in law firms dating back to 1997, Phillip brings a depth of knowledge and practical expertise that benefits every client he serves. Outside of the office, he enjoys reading, exercising, and spending time with his family.
Ashley Schandel serves as Paralegal & Billing Coordinator at PDS Legal Services LLC. A lifelong Ohio resident, Ashley brings a strong academic foundation and real-world legal experience to everything she does. She graduated from Kent State University in 2005 with a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, and went on to work at a law firm before stepping away to raise her children.
Ashley joined PDS Legal Services in 2019, bringing her legal background back to the profession she knows well. She handles billing, administrative operations, and legal assistance, playing an essential role in keeping the firm running smoothly for every client. Outside of work, Ashley is a dedicated family person who enjoys spending time with those she loves.
